Shipping policy
Don’t worry about the hot day! We use special packaging and ice when needed to ensure that your order arrives in good conditions.
Warm Weather Guarantee only applies to UPS Shipping, UPS 2-Day, UPS Next Day, and Free Shipping options.
Please track your order and remove it from your mailbox soon after arrival to make sure your chocolates don't melt.
Shipping options and prices are displayed at checkout, including Standard USPS, UPS 2-Day and UPS Next Day delivery.
We cannot guarantee Monday delivery, as weather conditions may prevent us from shipping over the weekend. Orders on standard shipping service will be shipped Monday thru Wednesday to prevent product sit in a warehouse during the weekend and with conditions that may damage the product.
Order processing time may be extended during holiday time periods, such as Christmas (Nov-Dec), Valentine’s (Feb) and Easter (Mar-Apr). Due to increased volume during these periods, all orders including 2-Day shipments, may require 1-3 business days additional processing time, as all chocolates are made fresh to order.
Our daily order cut-off for Next Day and 2-Day shipments is 2 PM ET. Orders placed after 2 PM, will be processed as if were placed the following day. 2-Day and Next-Day orders and delivery times are calculated as Business Days (Monday-Friday). Rami Chocolates doesn’t ship out items on Fridays, to prevent product sitting over the weekend since Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.
You can pick your order up from our facility in Plantation, FL. Please select the pickup option at checkout. As our chocolates are handmade to order, pickup orders are unable to be canceled. Availability and pickup times may vary.
Only USPS can deliver to PO Boxes or APO & FPO locations.
Please include a street address, and company name, suite, or apartment numbers when applicable to ensure accurate delivery.
Rami Chocolates is not responsible for shipping addresses entered incorrectly. Any additional costs or reshipments due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.
We process and ship out all orders as quickly as possible. We process orders in the order they are received. Only Next Day and 2-Day orders are guaranteed to ship out in a specific timeframe, Standard Shipping & Free Shipping orders do not have a guaranteed delivery date. As our chocolates are handmade, large orders may require some additional processing time.
Rami Chocolates is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the carrier, such as weather delays, mechanical delays, etc. Carriers are experiencing longer than usual delivery times. Please plan accordingly.
